In imitation of my grandmother, I mimicked MTLW every time a team (my favorite team included) took the "L", just as she did when the congregation was getting ready to leave the church. It was very common for me to post MTLW on social media. A popular saying in social media communities that says "May The Lord Watch" has now become a shared saying.
